You work for a government organization and couldn't log in to Beam? We'll explain below what you can do to resolve this quickly.

To ensure a smooth startup for your organization, we've outlined the action points for you.

Provide us with a completed template and we'll get to work for you.

Is this request for you?

  • You work for a Belgian government institution
  • You tried to log in to our Beam application
  • You used your organization's official email address
  • The application indicated that the specified domain has not yet been added

What can you do to use the application?

Download the organization onboarding template (PDF)

Fill this in:

  • by yourself, if you act as SPOC for your organization
  • or by a colleague, who will act as SPOC for your organization

Send the completed document to service@beam.belgium.be.

We will work on your request and keep your organization's SPOC informed of the progress.
